We were those taking off early, and the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast provided was substantial and delicious. The option to have dinner at the hotel was also a great convenience, and the food was excellent. The location of the hotel was lovely - tucked away in a quiet corner of the village but still within walking distance of the ski lifts. The recently renovated rooms were beautifully decorated with charming alpine character. we had a fantastic experience at this charming small hotel.
Felt good, nothing to complain about.

During my recent stay at the beautiful mountain retreat, I had the pleasure of experiencing the warm hospitality and excellent services provided by the staff. The newly renovated facilities were clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and I even had the option of enjoying a delicious dinner on-site. Despite the minor inconvenience of having to walk around ten minutes to the ski piste, I found this to be a small price to pay for the many advantages that the facility offers. I highly recommend the hotel for its excellent services, hospitality, and value for money.

The breakfast had delicious choices, the coffee was tasty and the staff was polite. Enchanting dining room with beautiful music. Simple, clean, comfortable, and quiet. 5 mins walk to ski lifts, close to excellent restaurants. Amazing staff who helped with finding restaurants and activities. Clean and tidy with a nice little sweet breakfast. Villa ambience, very helpful staff, close proximity to resort, and older part of village. Clean, bright, cosy rooms with great quality linen. Good breakfast choice well catered for.

We really got our money's worth at this charming hotel! Our room was beautifully renovated with lovely colors and had a cozy alpine vibe. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet corner of the village but still within walking distance to the ski-lifts. The staff treated us like family, with the host being cool, friendly, and always willing to help. Plus, the blanket provided was warm and fluffy, making our stay even more comfortable.
The hotel breakfast menu could use a bit more variety, but overall it was still satisfying with delicious options to choose from.

The attic apartments at Rifugio Lilla are perfect for independent travelers like me, as they come with a fully equipped kitchen for a self-sufficient stay. The private bathrooms in each room are well-stocked with free toiletries and a hair dryer, making it convenient for guests like me who don't want to bring their own. I loved that the guestrooms all have free WiFi, allowing me to stay connected during my trip. The apartments with 4 beds are spacious and comfortable, perfect for families or larger groups. The option of having separate beds in some double rooms was a nice touch, providing flexibility for guests who prefer not to share a bed. It was great to find a kettle in the room, allowing me to make a hot cup of tea whenever I wanted. The private bathrooms with a bidet and shower were clean and modern, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience. The self-catering apartments with balcony were amazing, offering a beautiful view and a great spot to relax.
Personally, I would have preferred a different feature, but that's just my opinion and others might enjoy it.
